ON AN UNPLANNED PREGNANCY W/ EMILY
I’m still waiting to meet someone who can say that everything in their life went as planned.
With that in mind, I’m eager to introduce you to today’s guest — Emily.
Some fun things you might want to know about Emily are that:
People typically think Emily is a goody-goody because I guess I have very innocent vibes but at a point in my past I hung with an... interesting... crowd and I picked up various skill sets including but not limited to breaking into cars. I've never stolen a vehicle because that's asking for an arrest and I'm not interested in prison (maybe that's why I come across like a goody-goody. hmmm.), but let's just say if you lock your keys in your car, I'm your girl.
I was kicked in the face by a horse when I was 14 and my nose healed crooked! I always tilt my face to the right when pictures are being taken of me to compensate for that.'
I have a weird thing for tropical plants. Not just houseplants- strictly tropical plants. I like to grow them from cuttings because it's really challenging. I've somehow become everybody's greenhouse buddy and everyone from friends to acquaintances will either give me plants they're killing for resuscitation, or take me to greenhouses and buy whatever I suggest to them.
Anyway, this week’s episode we’ll talk about:
moving 25 times by the time you turn 25
being your own boss & starting a business in the pandemic
a recent tropical plant purchase Emily made
I’ve also created a list of things under the bolded References section at the bottom of this post. These are just the things we talked about on the podcast that you might be curious to learn more about.
Talk to you soon,
Kaia
