ON THE GOOD KIND OF GROUNDED W/ RACHEL

I’m eager to introduce you to today’s guest — Rachel.

Some fun things you might want to know about Rachel are that:

  • The last time she pooped her pants was in 2015.

  • She used to be terrified of dogs until when she was 10, when she met he neighbor’s old & friendly yellow lab named Dudley; she’s been smitten with pooches ever since.

  • She taught herself how to play the guitar in 7th grade, and she plays it left-handed and upside down.

This week’s episode is split into two episodes. It’s all good — promise.

Anyway, this week’s episodes span a number of topics:

  • proper apologies

  • boundaries: what they are, what they aren’t

  • getting & staying grounded

  • and, therapy.

A NOTE ABOUT THERAPY

We do get to talking about it, but what’s more important to point out is that Rachel and I will be recording again together. So if you’re seeing this before April 10th, go ahead and take the survey we created that’s all about YOU and YOUR experiences with therapy, including an opportunity to submit any or all of the questions you wish you could ask a therapist.

We even talked a bit about food, and I pulled all of that together into a bonus episode for you.

You can keep up with Rachel :

  • on Instagram

  • or, via email

Disclaimer: Even though Rachel is a therapist by profession, she cannot provide therapeutic advice via those platforms.

I’ve also created a list of things under the bolded References section at the bottom of this post. These are just the things we talked about on the podcast that you might be curious to learn more about.

Talk to you soon,

Kaia
