Learned to pay bills & mind to others in small town Tennessee for close to 12 years thereafter. Hey, y’all!

Spent a few weird years in not-so-sunny Philadelphia where *everything* is a jawn.

Presently exploring what it means to be a full-time nomad and soaking up all there is to see out there.

Hi, there!

Starting a podcast has always been my dream because no one listens to live radio anymore.

I am a seasoned themed party host, former crochet queen, copywriter, & baker. Speaking of baking, I’d like to set the record straight: my famous cookies are really just the Nutella Stuffed Brown Butter + Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookies dreamed up by Ambitious Kitchen. I can’t gatekeep them any longer.

As a kid, I had a hard time making friends. I learned how to do that around the same time I learned how to drive — but that’s a story for another day. I went to a teeny, tiny private school in the mountains of northwest Georgia, and there is where I was exposed to the world of podcasts, plus the beauty of an ice cold Yuengling over an open flame on Raccoon Mountain.

I’ve always been one for the extra-curriculars. Less into just getting the perfect grade and more into the good stories I collected along the way to some pretty average grades. I enjoyed bossing around a team of highly creative and independent peers for our college yearbook, as well as organizing community-wide events as a part of our campus activities board. In all and through all, one thing was clear: I just want to bring the people together.

In the years that followed my collegiate experience, I went on to throw myself into hobbies and activities that allowed me to do the same things, but on a bigger scale: group travel, volunteering, big events, sales pitches, and public speaking. I enjoy the thrill of congregating & addressing the masses!

That being said, it should be no surprise that I’m at it again. I can’t wait to get to know each of you, and share more about who I am, what I love, and what I’m all about on and outside of Warmly.

always (and of course warmly),

Kaia
