ON BREAKING UP WITH FRIENDS W/ KAIA

Episode Slide (4).png

Hello there, friends —

A lot of 2020 has been spent in solitary confinement. Even with our Zoom calls, FaceTime dates, and Snapchats (okay, this last one doesn’t apply to me) — what I’m hearing (and candidly, what I’ve experienced) is that many of our friendships have suffered.

Today’s episode is one that comes straight from my gut. I’ll be sharing a letter I wrote to someone that I used to be dear friends with, but have since drifted apart from.

In case you missed some of our other episodes that broach this topic of friendship and how challenging it can be — I’ve organized that list for you here:

Once it’s all said & done, you’re welcome to leave an honest review of Warmly on Apple Podcasts.

Can’t wait to hear from ya!

Kaia

PS - In case it wasn’t obvious, Warmly is always accepting guests. <3 You can submit your own story, or submit a topic that you’d like to hear discussed on Warmly.
