FOR HIRE: PART-TIME PRODUCER [10 HRS./MO.]
I love this podcast, but I don’t love editing.
The time has come to get some support in making this podcast come to life every week with a little less time and effort from me, personally. That being said, I’m looking to hire someone that can stand in as my Producer!
I’m looking for someone that can:
edit audio (75%) - this involves editing the conversations & splicing in pre-roll and mid-roll pieces in where those fit
as you listen/edit, identify 5 pull quotes from each episode that would be featured as a part of that podcast when it launches (I’ll pick the top 3!)
creating 3 social visuals using the template that I've already created via Google docs; scheduling social media for the 3 pull quotes (5%)
create blog posts using the template I use in Squarespace: this includes: listing the main topics/themes, pulling the guest’s 3 fun facts (via email), updating their Enneagram Type/Name/Link in the Resources, and updating the thumbnail. (I’ll do a final review/schedule!) 20%
In addition to the weekly work I’ve identified above, I have a few weeks (~10 hours) of content that I’d like to get caught up on ASAP.
I’d love to have someone identified and up to speed on everything by March 15th.
It’s likely that this work will continue through May, if not longer assuming this is the right fit for everyone.
I’m looking to settle on an hourly rate between $15-$20 depending on your experience.
